I am truely stunned by the help offered and sent from places so far away as Britain, US, Japan, Taiwan, Canada, and of course our neighbours Australia.
600+ urban rescue and military personnel.
It is humbling to realise New Zealand is so highly thought of.
Thank you from the depths our our hearts.
It is terrible. Truly, truly terrible. And for all of us living on the Pacific rim - a painful reminder that we must be prepared for the same thing.
